 Who is the Health Engineer?

I am a Hugo. Like most of the world population, I used to part 71.6% of overweight and obese adults aged 20 and over. (National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, 2017-2018; Harvard School of Public Health, 2020).
From most of my 20s to early 30s, I went from a typical 170-pound average male to maxing the scale at 270 pounds.
I got this by essentially following the standard American diet (SAD).
After years of trying everything, I fell in love with running as I started working on my nutrition. I had no concept of calories, much less about macros. My approach was to eat less do more. Having run numerous amounts of 5ks, 10ks, and half marathons, I drove myself into a corner, I couldn't eat less, and I couldn't do more.
Enter weight lifting; I slowly started transitioning from cardio-based fitness to resistance-based fitness. I started researching nutrition during this period, as my oldest demonstrated some digestion complications. By process of elimination, we discovered that my oldest indeed had an illness, Celiac disease. With food intervention, we reduced his medications, his blood oxygen level increased, and we reduced his allergy medication significantly.
At this point, I realized that I could help a little boy identify a nutritional-based illness and manage to lose 100 pounds, I can help you achieve your goals.
